Refund policy
Most orencloud products are digital assets delivered immediately after purchase or unlocked through the customer library. Because of that, refunds follow the specific rules for digital content together with a practical review of the files actually supplied.
Consumers. If you buy as a consumer and digital supply has not started yet, any mandatory withdrawal right remains available under applicable law. Payment may create ownership in your customer library before digital supply begins. For products that require a digital-delivery unlock, supply starts only when you press Start digital delivery now and acknowledge the related withdrawal-right notice. Before that click, if you are still inside the applicable withdrawal period, you may request withdrawal or refund for that digital content where the law gives you that right. Once digital supply begins after the request and acknowledgement required by law, the ordinary withdrawal right may no longer apply to that digital content.
Refunds, replacements, or corrective updates may still be offered where a duplicate payment was made, the wrong files were delivered, the product is materially different from its description, essential files are corrupted or missing, or a reproducible technical defect cannot be resolved within a reasonable time.
Before issuing a refund, orencloud may first offer corrected files, a replacement download, a compatibility fix, or other reasonable remediation if that fully solves the problem.
Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, refunds are generally not granted for change of mind after download, incorrect workflow assumptions, software or version incompatibilities that were not listed as supported, lack of technical skill, project cancellation, or requests that would effectively leave you with both the money and a usable copy of the asset.
Business or professional purchases are generally final once the files or license access have been made available, but genuine delivery or conformity problems will still be reviewed in good faith.
If a refund is approved, the related license ends immediately and you must delete all refunded source files, backups, and shared project copies unless mandatory law states otherwise. To request review, contact support@orencloud.art with your order email, product name, purchase date, and a precise description of the issue. Reporting problems promptly does not limit any non-waivable statutory rights.

This notice explains what personal data orencloud processes when you browse the site, request a login link, subscribe to updates, unlock newsletter-gated downloads, purchase a product, or access files from the customer library.
Controller. The data controller is Lorenzo Luigi Aiello, an Italian freelance professional trading as orencloud. The public identity and contact details shown on this site are intentionally limited to the details required for e-commerce, consumer, tax, and data-protection compliance. Contact email: support@orencloud.art. Public provider details should include your legal name, a lawful business domicile or other lawful business address for the activity, and your Partita IVA.
Data processed. Depending on what you do on the site, orencloud may process contact data such as name and email address; order and account data such as purchased product, selected license tier, order IDs, billing or shipping details where relevant, payment status, download entitlements, and digital-delivery unlock status; authentication data such as temporary sign-in tokens and session status; newsletter and consent status; digital-delivery consent and unlock logs such as timestamp, consent text and version, unlock source, IP address, and user agent where available; affiliate attribution data, only after affiliate attribution consent or when you actively use an affiliate coupon code, such as affiliate link or coupon code, signed attribution cookie value where applicable, click identifier where applicable, linked product, attribution window, referrer, user agent, request path, IP address, and commission status; first-party technical/performance data such as visited path, one-page sample identifier, device type, viewport size, language, timezone, connection class, and web-performance metrics; and, only after advertising consent, advertising attribution data such as UTM parameters, Google click identifiers, Meta click identifiers, Microsoft click identifiers, referrer, landing path, consent version, and generated advertising identifiers.
Purposes and legal bases. Orencloud processes data under GDPR art. 6(1)(b) to handle orders, customer access, delivery, support, and license administration; under art. 6(1)(c) to meet accounting, tax, and legal compliance obligations; under art. 6(1)(f) for legitimate interests such as service security, abuse prevention, affiliate validation, commission accounting, and limited first-party performance monitoring; and under consent where consent is required, including newsletter subscriptions, optional advertising tags, behavioural advertising attribution, profiling, remarketing, and server-side ad conversion reporting where those tools are enabled.
Payments and providers. Payment data are processed by Stripe; orencloud stores order references and payment status, not full card numbers. Transactional emails may be sent through Amazon SES. Marketing or CRM synchronization may be handled through Mautic when enabled. Secure file delivery may rely on cloud-storage infrastructure and time-limited download links. Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers may process data on orencloud's behalf under appropriate contractual safeguards.
Retention. Order and fiscal records are kept for as long as tax, accounting, and legal obligations require. Customer-library and entitlement data are kept while reasonably necessary to provide access, receipts, and support, then archived or deleted when no longer needed. Newsletter data are kept until you unsubscribe or processing is otherwise no longer justified. Temporary login links expire automatically. Affiliate attribution cookies are set only after affiliate attribution consent and expire after the link-specific attribution window, normally 24 hours unless a different window is configured, while affiliate click and commission records may be retained for fraud prevention, payout accounting, dispute handling, and legal recordkeeping.
Your rights. Subject to the conditions set by law, you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, withdrawal of consent, or objection to processing, including objection to direct marketing. You may also lodge a complaint with the Italian Garante per la protezione dei dati personali. Rights requests can be sent to support@orencloud.art.

License and store terms
Terms of service
These terms govern access to orencloud digital products, including royalty-free 3D assets, scene files, textures, materials, and related downloadable files. Buying a product grants a limited license under the tier selected at checkout; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the source assets.
Seller identity. The seller is Lorenzo Luigi AIello, an Italian freelance professional trading as orencloud. The public provider details required for purchases, legal notices, and compliance are limited to the details published in the Contact Information section and, where applicable, on fiscal documents. If the seller operates under the Italian flat-rate regime, invoices or fiscal documents may state that VAT is not charged where that treatment legally applies.
License structure. Each product page may offer one or more license tiers. The rights described here apply only to the tier actually purchased for that product.
Personal license. For one natural person acting personally. It allows use in personal and commercial projects, including client work, as long as only that individual accesses and works with the source asset files. It does not permit sharing the raw files with a team, studio, company repository, or client who lacks their own license.
Professional license. For one professional entity, studio, or organized commercial activity. It allows internal use by the buyer's team and contractors working on the buyer's behalf on the buyer's projects. Source files may be stored only on the buyer's internal systems and only for people who genuinely need access for that licensed work. It does not authorize transfer to unrelated third parties.
Permitted use. You may import, edit, kitbash, render, bake, and commercially exploit the assets inside finished end products such as games, films, animations, advertisements, visualizations, and other original works, provided the source assets are not redistributed in extractable form.
Core restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, gift, lend, rent, lease, upload, or otherwise make the source files available as standalone assets. You may not include them in another asset pack, stock library, template, marketplace listing, on-demand generator, prompt pack, dataset, model-training set, or service whose main value is giving third parties access to the asset itself. You may not claim authorship of the original asset or remove provenance information where present.
Client handoff. You may deliver rendered output or finished end products to a client. You may hand over editable source files containing the licensed asset only if that client already has its own valid license for the same asset or the purchased professional tier expressly covers that client relationship. Otherwise the client must purchase a separate license.
No extraction and anti-piracy. You must take reasonable steps to prevent third parties from extracting, downloading, or reusing the raw files from your shipped project. Orencloud may suspend access, revoke licenses, refuse updates, or pursue legal remedies in cases of piracy, chargeback abuse, fraudulent purchase, credential sharing, or clear license breach.
Product information and compatibility. Read each product page carefully before purchase. Supported software versions, file formats, dependencies, technical specifications, and disclosed limitations form part of the product description. By purchasing, you confirm that the listed specifications meet your intended pipeline.
Updates and support. Unless a product page states otherwise, the purchase covers the files and version made available at the time of sale together with any update policy expressly shown on that page. Orencloud may correct files, improve documentation, or discontinue future updates at any time. Minor aesthetic differences, subjective expectations, or changes caused by third-party software updates do not by themselves create a refund right.
Consumer digital-content rules. If you purchase as a consumer, your non-waivable rights under Italian and EU consumer law remain unaffected, including remedies for non-conformity of digital content where applicable. Some products may appear in your customer library after payment but keep download access locked until you actively press Start digital delivery now and acknowledge the withdrawal-right notice. Before that delivery-start action, eligible consumers may still request withdrawal within the applicable withdrawal period. Starting delivery may limit the standard withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
Accounts and access. Downloads are tied to the purchase email and customer library. Keep your email address accurate. Do not share login links or use another person's access credentials. Secure download links may be time-limited and regenerated when needed. Product reviews. Product reviews are available only to verified customers who own the product. Orencloud may hide, remove, or reject reviews that are fake, spam, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, illegal, unrelated to the product, disclose private information, or contain clearly false or misleading factual claims. These rules apply regardless of whether a review is positive or negative. Orencloud does not hide or remove reviews solely because they are negative, low-rated, or critical.
Liability and governing law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, orencloud is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, lost production time, or incompatibilities caused by software, plug-ins, engines, or hardware not identified as supported. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the consumer's habitual residence. Regulation (EU) 2024/3228 discontinued the EU ODR platform effective July 20, 2025, so older ODR references no longer apply.
License structure. Each product page may offer one or more license tiers. The rights described here apply only to the tier actually purchased for that product.
Personal license. For one natural person acting personally. It allows use in personal and commercial projects, including client work, as long as only that individual accesses and works with the source asset files. It does not permit sharing the raw files with a team, studio, company repository, or client who lacks their own license.
Professional license. For one professional entity, studio, or organized commercial activity. It allows internal use by the buyer's team and contractors working on the buyer's behalf on the buyer's projects. Source files may be stored only on the buyer's internal systems and only for people who genuinely need access for that licensed work. It does not authorize transfer to unrelated third parties.
Permitted use. You may import, edit, kitbash, render, bake, and commercially exploit the assets inside finished end products such as games, films, animations, advertisements, visualizations, and other original works, provided the source assets are not redistributed in extractable form.
Core restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, gift, lend, rent, lease, upload, or otherwise make the source files available as standalone assets. You may not include them in another asset pack, stock library, template, marketplace listing, on-demand generator, prompt pack, dataset, model-training set, or service whose main value is giving third parties access to the asset itself. You may not claim authorship of the original asset or remove provenance information where present.
Client handoff. You may deliver rendered output or finished end products to a client. You may hand over editable source files containing the licensed asset only if that client already has its own valid license for the same asset or the purchased professional tier expressly covers that client relationship. Otherwise the client must purchase a separate license.
No extraction and anti-piracy. You must take reasonable steps to prevent third parties from extracting, downloading, or reusing the raw files from your shipped project. Orencloud may suspend access, revoke licenses, refuse updates, or pursue legal remedies in cases of piracy, chargeback abuse, fraudulent purchase, credential sharing, or clear license breach.
Product information and compatibility. Read each product page carefully before purchase. Supported software versions, file formats, dependencies, technical specifications, and disclosed limitations form part of the product description. By purchasing, you confirm that the listed specifications meet your intended pipeline.
Updates and support. Unless a product page states otherwise, the purchase covers the files and version made available at the time of sale together with any update policy expressly shown on that page. Orencloud may correct files, improve documentation, or discontinue future updates at any time. Minor aesthetic differences, subjective expectations, or changes caused by third-party software updates do not by themselves create a refund right.
Consumer digital-content rules. If you purchase as a consumer, your non-waivable rights under Italian and EU consumer law remain unaffected, including remedies for non-conformity of digital content where applicable. Some products may appear in your customer library after payment but keep download access locked until you actively press Start digital delivery now and acknowledge the withdrawal-right notice. Before that delivery-start action, eligible consumers may still request withdrawal within the applicable withdrawal period. Starting delivery may limit the standard withdrawal right to the extent permitted by law.
Accounts and access. Downloads are tied to the purchase email and customer library. Keep your email address accurate. Do not share login links or use another person's access credentials. Secure download links may be time-limited and regenerated when needed. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the consumer's habitual residence.
